Responsibilities- Operate heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders, to remove snow from assigned commercial properties according to site maps and instructions.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
- Be available for all winter snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by weather conditions.
- Arrive on time and prepared for each shift, ready to work extended hours during severe weather events.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations during snow events.
- Experience operating heavy equipment, specifically skid steers or loaders.
