Janitorial Supervisor - Full-time

Alliance Building Services, a leading full-service building maintenance company, is seeking multiple dedicated and experienced Custodial Supervisor for our Bellevue locations. As a Custodial Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all janitorial staff assigned to your facilities, ensuring daily tasks are completed to the highest standards. This role requires a candidate with a solid work history, extensive commercial cleaning experience, and the ability to adapt to the daily challenges of the job. Custodial Supervisor Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and supervise janitorial staff (around 15 team members at once)
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees and clients.
• Perform formal cleaning inspections and enforce company and client policies and procedures.
• Provide corrective guidance and retraining to employees when necessary.
• Report safety and security issues promptly.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally.
• Manage supplies and equipment inventory, including ordering as needed.
• Enforce OSHA and other health and safety regulations.
• Perform janitorial tasks when required.
• Submit nightly reports to management.
• Assign, supervise, and review the work of assigned janitorial staff, training staff in work procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Custodial Supervisor Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of janitorial/cleaning experience.
• At least 1 year of experience managing crews--preferably 15 employees or more
• Proficiency in email communication and report submission.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using a backpack vacuum for extended periods.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Employment offers are contingent on passing a criminal background check.

Custodial Supervisor Compensation

Pay ranges from $25.52 to $25.52 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and overtime.
