Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by offering options and making repairs to residential HVAC systems.
- Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the company's high standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC.
- EPA Type II certification.
- Strong work ethic, coachability, and willingness to grow.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a drug and background check.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
The salary for this full-time position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
