As a Client Care & Scheduling Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for both prospective and existing clients. You’ll coordinate with our sales team to schedule appointments, manage lead intake, and handle inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and web chat. You’ll provide clients with clear information about our products and services and offer first-level troubleshooting for existing customers.
You will also maintain accurate client records in our CRM system and perform administrative tasks to support ongoing customer care. Your contributions will ensure a smooth, professional experience for every client and play a vital role in the success of our team and company.
Responsibilities
- Respond to a steady influx of inbound calls, SMS, emails, and web chat inquiries from clients with confidence
- Share high-level information about our products and services
- Resolve issues at first contact whenever possible, or coordinate follow-up with the team
- Create and update client records in the CRM system accurately
- Schedule appointments and communicate effectively with sales and service teams
- Provide first-level troubleshooting support for installed home lifts
- Send outbound emails, SMS, and mail as needed
- Greet and assist clients visiting our showroom
- Support team projects and assist colleagues as needed
- Handle occasional shipping/receiving tasks
- Maintain a pleasant, professional, and courteous demeanor
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential qualifications
- Professional, courteous, and client-focused attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and data entry skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proven ability to handle inbound phone calls and email inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency
- Coachable and open to learning new skills and systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant, sales coordinator, or customer service representative
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred qualifications
- Experienced in working with an Omni-Channel Contact platform
- Associate’s degree
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, eligible for Quarterly Bonuses
