Operations Manager Genesee County (Maintenance and Snow Operations Divisions)

Ace Outdoor Services, a leading provider of outdoor maintenance and snow operations services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager. This key role is integral to our company's success. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Maintenance and Snow Operations Divisions, ensuring efficient workflows, safety compliance, and effective team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage our Crew Leaders and Crew Members, fostering a team-oriented environment.
• Enforce adherence to safety regulations, maintaining a strong safety culture within the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality and timely service.
• Collaborate with the management team to create and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement effective strategies to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of mowing techniques, equipment, and materials.
• 3 years minimum experience managing mowing and snow crews of 30 people or more. 
• Experience in budgeting and resource management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
