Steel Receiving

Our company is seeking a dedicated full-time Steel Receiver to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of all grades of steel and associated defects. This role requires proficiency in using cutting torches and basic computer skills. The position offers a full-time schedule with an average of 45 to 50 hours per week. Responsibilities

• Receiving and inspecting steel coils
• Identifying and documenting steel grades and defects
• Operating cutting torches as part of the steel processing
• Utilizing computer systems for data entry and reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of all grades of steel and associated defects
• Experience with using cutting torches
• Basic computer skills
