Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector to drive company growth.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, property managers, and potential clients.
• Represent GreenEarth Midwest at networking events and industry functions to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform business development strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and service quality is maintained.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within landscaping, construction, or design.
• Strong knowledge of the landscaping industry, including services and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Landscape Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
