Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations and assume leadership in their absence
  • Assist with recruiting, selecting, and retaining qualified team members to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Motivate and direct store teams to achieve productivity and profitability goals, communicating daily and weekly targets
  • Promote outstanding customer service through coaching, training, and leading by example
  • Maintain high standards for merchandise presentation and visual displays
  • Uphold all operational policies and procedures, including loss prevention
  • Oversee the buying and selling of gently used clothing and accessories according to company standards
  • Supervise and support team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
  • Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity
  • Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to adapt priorities and manage time effectively in a busy setting
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends
  • Physically able to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs)
  • Visual and coordination abilities necessary for inspecting merchandise
  • Ability to drive during scheduled shifts as needed
