Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant - Now Hiring

Envision is looking for an experienced and driven Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Emergency Department teams at Chandler Medical Center and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during overnight shifts in the Emergency Department
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of emergent and acute conditions
• Perform procedures within your scope of practice (e.g., laceration repair, splinting, arthrocentesis, incision & drainage)
• Collaborate closely with emergency physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Contribute to a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement
• 24/7 attending physician coverage on-site

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Arizona
• Minimum 1 year of emergency medicine or acute care experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Strong clinical acumen and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy abilities
