Responsibilities:Excellent opportunity for an experienced neonatal nurse practitioner to join our dedicated group of eight neonatologists and team of NNPs providing high-quality care at the Carilion Clinic Children s Hospital (CCCH) in scenic Roanoke, Virginia. **New graduates will be considered, only if willing to relocate.**
- The hospital is a designated regional perinatal center with 3,300 deliveries annually.
- Our 60-bed Level-IIIB NICU has 700 admissions annually and an average daily census of 47 babies. Services provided include high frequency ventilation and nitric oxide.
- There are two maternal-fetal medicine specialists on staff and the hospital offers a full range of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties.
- As one of our NNPs, you will provide in-house coverage caring for critically ill neonates and attend high-risk deliveries.
- NNP's take ownership of their own team of patients (up to 20) with all acuity levels.
- The shifts are 24 hours with an occasional 12-hour shift available.

Qualifications:
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master s degree
