Job Summary:

• Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
• Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
• Minimum 3 years hospital cardiac experience
• Cardiac consults in the hospital for two physicians
• Discharge cardiac consult and make follow up appointment for practice
• Discharge follow-up patients in the practice
• Part time, 2 days per week M and F, 8a-5p
• No weekend coverage unless choose to cover another location for an additional stipend.

• Clinic conveniently located on hospital campus
• Average of 20 patient office visits daily per cardiologist
• Support team includes two nurse practitioners
• Accredited Chest Pain Center with 24/7 STEMI PCI laboratory
• Cardiac services include cardiac CT scan, angiography, cardiac catheterization (femoral/radial), doppler ultrasound, EKG, echocardiography, MUGA, holter monitoring, intravascular ultrasound, nuclear stress test, stress echocardiography, tilt tables, transesophageal echocardiography and heart failure program
• Offering the highest level of cardiac service in Rutherford County, Tennessee and surrounding communities.
