PRACTICE INFORMATION

• Based in Springfield, Illinois, with outreach to surrounding communities
• Join a collaborative department of 13 physicians, 9 advanced practice providers, and 1 gynecologic oncologist
• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care, including routine gynecologic management and treatment of complex reproductive health conditions
• Deliver services across clinic locations, affiliated hospitals, and Springfield Clinics Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • Physicians must reside within 30 minutes of affiliated hospitals
• After Hours Nurse Triage service for enhanced patient care
• Access a robust referral base

COMPENSATION/BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS

• Associate base salary guarantee of $350K
• Signing bonus, relocation assistance and salary advance option
• 2-year path to partnership
