RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a full-time Pediatric Emergency Medicine BC/BE physician to join our faculty at Jersey City Medical Center in Jersey City, NJ. Home to a newly expanded dedicated Pediatric Emergency Department, JCMC is also a Regional Perinatal Center and houses a specialized Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). These resources allow our team to deliver comprehensive emergency care to children of all ages, from critically ill newborns to pediatric patients with complex medical needs, while working in close collaboration with subspecialists across the RWJBarnabas Health network.
This is a great opportunity to join a historically stable PEM team with both clinical and academic responsibilities including direct patient care, supervision of PEM fellows, Peds, EM and Med/Peds residents, medical students, didactic teaching, research and participation in administrative activities. The pediatric emergency department has a robust support staff including PEM, POCUS, EMS, and Simulation fellows.

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $300,000 to $315,000 per year. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidates educational background, skills, and professional experience.
