Breakfast Cook

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Line Cooks to join our team in our Ocean City Location! If you have restaurant experience and a passion for food prep and strong customer service, this could be the right job for you!

Expectations:

• See that all food prepared is of consistently high quality and portions are consistently controlled
• Make sure all food is of the highest quality before leaving the kitchen
• Keep all food items for the line properly covered, dated and rotated to ensure proper quality control and little waste
• Take inventory of all items required for station set up and determine those items that need to be prepared
• Be prepared to help in other areas during slow periods or whenever necessary
• Be able to change from accustomed shift to meet business demands
• Clean any kitchen equipment immediately after use
• Follow all safety procedures for operating and cleaning all machinery at all times
• Check with supervisor at the beginning of shift for instructions
• Inform management of any problems concerning food quality or production control
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends
