Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, scheduling services, providing estimates, and maintaining excellent communication with both clients and the operations team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities - Answer and manage inbound customer calls in a professional manner. - Gather customer information (property details, service history, and specific needs). - Provide accurate estimates for services and products. - Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field staff. - Maintain customer records, ensuring all details are entered into company systems. - Follow up with customers for feedback and to promote additional services. - Work closely with outside sales representatives and management to meet sales goals. - Assist with permit process and project tracking when needed. - Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company’s values of friendliness, professionalism, and accuracy. Qualifications - Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Computer literacy (CRM, scheduling software, Microsoft Office, etc.). - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mindset. - Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
