As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Installation & Home Assessment Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only install essential home equipment but also work directly with clients to help them create safer, more accessible living environments. Responsibilities – Installation & Home Assessment Specialist
- Perform professional installations of accessibility and safety equipment such as grab bars, stairlifts, modular ramps, and other mobility solutions
- Conduct in-home safety assessments to identify risks, recommend appropriate solutions, and provide estimates when needed
- Educate clients and their families on proper use, care, and maintenance of installed equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, assessments, and client interactions
- Communicate clearly with scheduling staff and clients to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic installation or product issues on-site
- Handle equipment and tools safely, maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Deliver outstanding customer service, respecting clients’ homes and treating each installation with care
Requirements & Qualifications – Installation & Home Assessment Specialist:
- Previous construction, industry, or heavy equipment installation experience required (experience with stairlifts, solar panels, or similar strongly preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new installation techniques
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and install heavy equipment safely
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professionalism and respect when working in clients’ homes
- Must pass pre-employment screening
