Store Manager - Campus Cooler (Beer & Wine)

Location: 958 Gayley Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90024

Position Type: Part-Time

Pay: $25/hr

Start Date: ASAP

Probation Period: 90 days

About Us

Campus Cooler is a neighborhood beer and wine store located next to UCLA. We-re known for our

curated selection, convenient location, and excellent service. We are seeking a motivated and

experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations and help lead our team with professionalism

and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage store staff and scheduling

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking as needed

- Ensure full compliance with alcohol and tobacco laws and regulations

- Provide leadership during customer service escalations and high-volume periods

- Communicate with vendors and coordinate deliveries

- Foster a positive and professional work environment for staff and customers

Qualifications

- Must be 21+

- Prior experience in retail and/or food and beverage

- Knowledge of the alcohol/beverage industry or willingness to learn quickly

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively with both staff and customers
