Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support the warehouse operations by receiving/delivering products (must have a clean record history) , storing/organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts.

Responsibilities

Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion inspecting for any damages, defects or errors
Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for shipping
Efficient and safe delivery to job sites of all flooring material types primarily hardwood; includes 6' long boxes weighing up to 72 lbs and transport into building including upstairs when necessary. Must have valid driver's license prior
Ensure orders are accurate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Regular pick-ups from local distributors in company provided van; must have valid driver's license prior
Report low quantities of regularly stocked materials before out of stock
Schedule dumpster pick-ups
Ongoing cleaning and maintenance of warehouse,
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED is preferred
Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift
Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
Ability to work with limited supervision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
