Position Type: W2 (10-99 Independent Contractor Option Available Also - Commission Only)
Compensation: Base + Commission | Six-Figure Potential

Gorilla Roofing is looking for ambitious, driven, and people-focused Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team. Whether you come from roofing, real estate, car sales, or hospitality—if you’re great with people, love solving problems, and know how to hustle, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, and community connections

• Build trust-based relationships with homeowners and business owners

• Guide clients through the inspection and restoration process

• Learn and apply effective sales strategies tailored to your personality and strengths

• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently close deals

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, confident, and excellent at building rapport

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and drive

• Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a team

• Strong communicator (written and verbal)

• Physically able to carry and climb a ladder

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Sales or customer service background preferred—but not required

• Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not necessary—we’ll teach you
