Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Remote Customer Care Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact for our customers. In this role, you’ll provide direct support via phone, email, and chat, while also coordinating with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly
Maintain accurate records and case updates in the CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Assist with documentation and form completion as needed
Ensure a smooth, consistent experience throughout the customer journey
Qualifications
Prior customer service or coordination experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient with Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and Adobe PDF tools
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
Dependable with a reliable internet connection and quiet remote setup
