Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time:

• Annual Compensation: $600,000 advance against 35% of collections (earnings between $1,000,000 - $3,000,000/year).
• Benefits: Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, $50,000 sign-on bonus, $100,000 student loan assistance up to 3 years, $60,000 life/AD&D policy, short- and long-term disability, continuing education support, 401k with a 4% match, relocation assistance, liability insurance with tail coverage, 6 paid holidays, and more.

Part-Time:

• Daily Compensation: $5,000 advance against 35% of collections (average daily earnings between $5,000 - $10,000).
• Benefits: Liability insurance with tail coverage, travel reimbursements, and continuing education support.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Must be able to obtain a dental license, sedation permit, and OMSNIC insurance in the assigned practice state.
