About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of project sites, ensuring that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved plans, quality standards, safety regulations, timelines, and budget constraints. This role includes active involvement in on-site quality control, site execution, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Duties and Delights

• Oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with approved project plans, schedules, technical drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Implement and monitor quality control practices on-site, including routine inspections to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company quality standards.
• Identify quality deviations, defects, or non-conformities and ensure timely corrective actions are taken.
• Plan, manage, and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project targets.
• Supervise workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure productivity, discipline, quality, and safety performance.
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders including clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure alignment with approved timelines and milestones.
• Prepare and submit daily site reports and complete documentation of on-site activities.
• Work closely with the Project Coordinator and Project Manager in reviewing drawings, developing detailed execution plans, and project timelines.
• Support inspections, testing, and contractor performance evaluations, including KYB tests with contractor partners.
• Ensure proper implementation of HSE standards and site safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in construction-related fields is a plus)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role, with exposure to fit-out, interior, or civil projects
• Good understanding of construction quality standards, site inspection processes, and safety regulations
• Familiarity with project management tools and related software is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate on-site teams
• Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
