Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Southern Tier Region, NY

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated annual compensation: $111,000 $145,250 (no cap on productivity income)

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Experience in post-acute care preferred but not required
