Crew Member - Full-time / Part-time

We are currently looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join our team as a Crew Member / Counter Attendant. The Crew Member interacts with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner, helping them to understand our menu offerings and taking orders accurately. He or she will help with other duties such as cleaning and/or prep work.

The ideal candidate has a pleasant and courteous personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong guest service skills. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets all guests in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
• Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
• Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
• Helps with other areas of the restaurant when needed
• Completes opening and/or closing checklists
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a food service setting is a plus, but not required
• Must be pleasant, personable, and friendly
• Must exhibit a sense of urgency
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, co-workers, management, and others
• Must be able to remain stationary for periods of up to four hours
