Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

Our starting rate for this position is up to $14 / hour - depending on experience! We are looking for candidates who can work Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:00PM.

Job Summary

We are looking for a guest service team member who would be responsible for preparing and serving quality salads for our guests. All salads must be made in accordance with Hello Bistro standards under strict sanitary guidelines as outlined in the department training guide. The guest service team members will also perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.

Essential Functions

• Acknowledge the presence of our guests IMMEDIATELY, with a friendly greeting.
• Promptly, courteously, and professionally assist each guest at the register; handle all register transactions ethically and according to Hello Bistro standards.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage items, their prices and availability to ensure excellent guest service.
• Assembling and checking every plate for quality and presentation; run all hot and cold food.
• Prepare service line for operation including properly preparing and portioning, quality food items following company approved recipes, specifications, and timing standards.
• Works well with others and assists fellow team members as needed.
• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
