Get to Know Your Team:

• Provide and document examinations and evaluations
• Establish functional PT diagnosis, prognoses and plans of care
• Formulate treatment goals
• Provide physical therapy intervention to patients
• Measure and report outcomes
• Formulate and carry out discharge plans
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed assigned staff or students
• Interact and practice in collaboration with other professionals
• Individuals must comply with the Texas Physical Therapy Practice Acts and Rules

Job Requirements

• Baccalaureate, Master, or Doctorate Degree of Physical Therapy.
• Current Texas Licensure to practice Physical Therapy.
• BLS Certification - must be obtained within 14 days of hire.

Preferred Job Requirements

• Physical Therapy experience in an acute care hospital and/or rehabilitation facility with participation in a multi-disciplinary team.
