For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers. /p p /p pDuring our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards./p p /p pemEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans/em/p h2Qualifications/h2 ul liMust be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than May 2026./li listrongMust be committed to work the entire length of the internship Friday, February 6th to Thursday, April 30th. /strong/li liMust have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years./li liNo drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years./li liMust be able to work at least 25 hours per week throughout the Spring Internship Program./li liMust have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership./li liMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future./li liMust be at least 18 years old./li /ul p /p
