Please list certifications if any.nbsp;nbsp;/liliFlexible and willing to work on-call, early morning, day, night, and weekend shifts depending on the requirements of the job.  nbsp;nbsp;/liliAvailable and willing for extensive travel nationwide, road warrior.  nbsp;nbsp;/liliRegional travel approximately 6-8 hours from home requiring hotel stays. Expect to be on the road for 4-6 weeks at a time.nbsp;nbsp;/liliKnowledge of Cat5/CAT6 cabling and installation of small equipment: switches, brides, cameras (specifically Axis).nbsp;nbsp;/liliExperience with 24v and 70v paging systems.nbsp;/liliStrong knowledge of multiple termination types for multi-mode and single-mode fibers.nbsp;/liliAble to neatly dress and terminate large bundles of cables inside IDF and MDF cabinets.nbsp;/liliExperience reading blueprints and site maps. nbsp;nbsp;/liliProficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, PDF documentation, and databases Microsoft Office programs.nbsp;/liliKnowledgeable in identifying independent colors and learning color codes. nbsp;nbsp;/liliAbility to work in cramped spaces. nbsp;nbsp;/liliAbility to operate a BOOM or scissor lift; and ability to work at heights, of 40 plus feet.nbsp;/liliHas basic telecommunication tools, PPE, and reliable transportation. nbsp;nbsp;/liliReliable transportation with required insurance coverage.nbsp;/liliMust have knowledge of cabling infrastructure. nbsp;nbsp;/liliExecute advanced troubleshooting skills.nbsp;/liliExcellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.nbsp;/liliValid driver’s license with a clean driving record; no DUI or DWI in the last three years.nbsp;/libr/br/bResponsibilities:/bbr/liInstall, troubleshoot, and maintenance of various structured cabling systems in industrial environments.nbsp;/liliPulling and terminating fiber (uni-cam/fusion splicing).nbsp;/liliInstallation of AP's and associated mounting hardware.nbsp;/liliEnsuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations.nbsp;/liliInstalling cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and inner duct.nbsp;/liliRepairing cable poles and towers.nbsp;/liliConduct tests to ensure all newly installed cable systems and component devices are operational.nbsp;/liliTroubleshoot issues with the cable network.nbsp;/liliPerform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.nbsp;/liliMaintain the company’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance./liliAdhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by Wachter, our customers, or OSHA.nbsp;/libr/br/b/bbr/liClosingnbsp;fromnbsp;Default - All locations/liliAbout:/lilibr/liliiWachter is a family-owned company since 1930 and we see each employee as a critical piece of the Wachter Family.
