h4strongSTARTING AT $17.50/HOUR! /strong/h4 pstrongJob Duties:/strong/p ul liPositively interact with all guests and provide exceptional guest service/li liPrepare large quantities of food for multiple picnics at a time/li liUse of individual size smoker, ovens, stoves, walk-in freezer/refrigerator, fryers and grills to prepare food/li liSet up for events by preparing the buffet line, drink stations, dessert stations and may be needed to set up table cloths and/or grove decorations for events/li liEnsure the buffet line is stocked during events including back-up stock for ease of transfer/li liEnsure the guests are being provided with food and beverage items of the highest quality/li liFollow proper food preparation and handling procedures in compliance with all Health Department and Food Service Department policies regarding sanitation per department training/li liContinually monitor the cleanliness within the assigned area/unit/li liMust follow Six Flags policies and procedures at all times/li liOther duties as assigned by Unit or Fulltime Management/li /ul pstrongMinimum Requirements:/strong/p ul listrongMust be 18 years of age or older/strong/li liMust be willing to work weekends, Holidays, days/evenings and weekdays when needed for operation/li liMust be able to lift up to 25lbs without assistance and 50lbs with assistance/li liMust be willing and able to clean using chemicals after training and with proper personal protective equipment/li liMust be able to stand, kneel and squat for extended periods up to 8 hours/li liMust successfully obtain a state required Food Handler's card/li liMust be able and willing to meet all Six Flags Discovery Kingdom Grooming Standards daily/li /ul pstrongWorking Conditions:/strong /p ul liIndoors in artificial lighting, including but not limited to near cook tops and fryers, grills, smokers, industrial size sinks and in walk in refrigerators/freezers/li liOutdoors in all weather conditions including but not limited to direct sunlight, hot/cold weather, rain, fog and both during the day and night/li liPicnic groves are outdoor venues with minimal overhead cover/li /ul pSix Flags is committed to maintaining employee and guest safety at all times.
