To clean all kitchen equipment, wash and sterilize dishes, silverware, and utensils as assigned to proper sanitation procedures./li liFollow all Health Department rules and regulations./li liObserve safety rules and regulations/li liImmediately report all accidents to the School Cafeteria Manager./li liImmediately report any product quality or operational problem to the School Cafeteria Manager./li liPerform other duties as assigned by the School Cafeteria Manager./li /ul pstrongMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent. Exception: Food Service Director may consider an alternate qualification./li liWorks well with people, especially children, and maintains a pleasant and positive work attitude. Also, must be able to work well with fellow workers./li liFollows proper food sanitation and cleanliness procedures./li /ul
