Conducts team practice sessions and meets. Finished work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and completeness. Unfamiliar situations are referred to the supervisor.brbrTeaches skills and techniques of recreational programming to populations ages 8 and over. Serves as a coach and mentor in support of goals and programs. Ensures that all participants have an opportunity to participate in the program./liliExercises and teaches safety awareness and practices for skills and programs. /liliCommunicate with participants to improve the success of the program and address any concerns./liliProvide a positive environment, welcome members, answer questions, and mentor potential new members./liliProvide regular feedback and program evaluation to the Recreation Coordinator.
