Work with GSA to obtain pre-arrival data for advanced preparation of arrangements to maximize positive guest experience such as:/b/ppa. Guest names (ages of children) and contact information/ppb. Stay dates, flight information and guidance with airport arrival experience/ppc. Transportation arrangements (i.e. arrival and departure, car rental, taxi or ride sharing programs)/ppd. Concierge services (Tours, Activities, Attractions)/ppe. Food amp; beverage preferences, requested groceries and allergies/ppf. Room set-up preferences, housekeeping/special needs and requestsbr / /ppb2. Maintain complete knowledge of and compliance with:/b/ppa. Familiarity with guest profiles, maintaining positive guest relations at all-timesbr /b. All departmental services, policies, procedures and standardsbr /c. Correct maintenance and use of equipment as intendedbr /d. Maintaining supplies and all resource materialsbr /e. Weather conditions (current and forecasted)br /f. Operation of Opera (Property Management System)br /g. Processing miscellaneous charges and payment to guest accountsbr /h. Anticipation of guest needs, prompt coordination of guest requestsspan  /spanbr /i. Ensuring guest satisfaction (resolve guest complaints)br /br /b3. Perform (or have staff perform) housekeeping duties as requested:/bbr /a. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of guest and work areasbr /b. Unpacking, packingbr /c. Laundry, valet (light) pressing, dry cleaning to be sent outbr /d. Shoe carebr /e. Jacuzzi and Dry Sauna preparationbr /f. Dishwashing, general tidyingbr /g. Schedule suite servicing and turndown time with housekeepingbr /h. Arrange and provide current copies of newspapers and magazinesbr / br /b4. Perform (or have staff perform) Famp;B services as requested:/bbr /a. Table setting (knowledge of settings, utensils etc.)br /b. Beverage service (coffee/tea/wine)br /c. Simple cooking or take order for Famp;Bbr /d. Inventory, procure and replenish pantry when necessarybr /e. Customize Mugen menu, seek assistance when necessary with food amp; wine pairingsbr /f. Run dishwasher cycle with used plates, glassware and utensilsbr /g. Server Experience Required to assist guest with serving mealsbr /h. Delivery and set-up of amenities as requiredbr /i.
