National Test Center hours are Monday - Thursday 9am to 3:30pm and Friday 9am-12pm. This position is 29 hours a week. Some flexibility in the work schedule is expected.p style="text-align:left"buDuties amp; Responsibilities/u/b/pullipUnder general supervision, assist in the support of the Testing Center in accordance with federal, state and institutional policies and guidelines. /p/lilipAdminister CLEP and DSST exams as needed and proctor exams for colleges and universities. /p/lilipSchedule appointments for the National Test Center on CAFB as needed. /p/lilipAssist in inventorying and maintaining security of testing materials. /p/lilipMaintain confidential records, assist in preparation of reports, and disseminate test results to students, applicable agencies, other colleges or universities, and departments within Clovis Community College. /p/lilipEnsure that an appropriate testing environment exists. /p/lilipEnsure test standardization procedures are followed in a confidential, secure manner. /p/lilipMaintain accurate documentation. /p/lilipEnsure a climate of good customer service within the National Test Center, giving accurate information to students, faculty, staff and the community. /p/lilipSupport the function of the Testing Center in the Testing Coordinator’s absence. /p/li/ulp/ppbESSENTIAL SKILLS:/b/pullipGood communication skills./p/lilipOrganizational skills required./p/li/ulp/ppbPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: /b/ppRequires frequent and continuous sitting/moving about, continuous use of fine motor skills, and pushing and pulling of up to 20 lbs./pp/ppbSCHEDULE DETAILS:/b  /ppMust be available to work hours based on departmental need.
