Yoursquo;ll also represent HopeSource in community and advocate for those we serve./ppIf you#39;re a collaborative leader with a passion for service and a track record of successful program management, we invite you to join us./ph1span style="font-size: 18px;"Responsibilities:/span/h1pManages all aspects of assigned programs including personnel, fiscal requirements, outcomes, contract compliance, and strategic planning./pulliDirect and support program implementation activities of staff: including problem solving with staff on specific cases, files or client interactions, dealing with escalated client and/or program compliance issues./liliCoordinate and review financial information to prioritize and direct staffing, resource allocation and objectives./liliInitiate and direct changes to increase efficiency and meet objectives./liliManage to budget, staff, calendar and facilities to support organizational finance and operation goals per program./liliEnforce rules and procedures for auditing, procurement, financial reporting and legal compliance./liliUnderstand and comply with all program contract requirements, including timely and accurate submission of reports./liliSupports Director in meeting financial objectives: providing reports for forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; program allocations; scheduling expenditures; contract funding including invoicing and billing oversight; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions/adjustments./liliCoordinate with and build sustaining relationships with external vendors and partners and constantly develop new partnerships./liliEnsure accreditation, maintenance and safety programs are current and accurate./liliParticipate in local community activities, local and regional government and funder meetings on behalf of HopeSource and remain informed on the affairs of the cities, County, and State and Federal legislatures relative to programs./liliSupport HR objectives in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures./liliAchieves operational objectives by contributing to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change./liliUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations./liliEnhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.nbsp;/li/ulh1span style="font-size: 18px;"Qualified Candidate will possess the following skills:/span/h1ulli id="isPasted"Five years#39; experience in leadership and supervision of multiple employees with successful outcomes.nbsp;/lili id="isPasted"Project management experience with both analysis of information and implementation of projects./lili id="isPasted"Experience with budgets and invoicing.nbsp;/lili id="isPasted"Experience with grant and/or contract administration, preferably in the field of supportive housing.nbsp;/lili id="isPasted"Attention to detail, decision-making ability, and conflict resolution skills.nbsp;/lili id="isPasted"Must pass criminal background check.nbsp;/li/ul/div/div/div/div
