Resolve customers� questions, minimize unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations/p /li li pSupport Sales Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty to accomplish the following objectives:/p ul li pSupport training, coaching, and development of retail associates./p /li li pPerform pre-testing as needed./p /li li pAnalyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired goals./p /li li pResolve customer issues and increase customer satisfaction./p /li li pCommunicate and execute company�s standards and directives to staff./p /li li pAssume responsibility for other duties as developed./p /li /ul /li /ul ul li pExecute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time./p /li li pEnsure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc./p /li li pKeep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance./p /li li pOther duties as assigned and required./p /li /ul pstrongKey Qualifications/strong/p ul li pYou have retail management experience of at least one year in a fast paced retail environment/p /li li pYou have experience in a secondary leadership role or managed small sales teams/p /li li pYou�ve demonstrated outstanding sales performance throughout your retail career/p /li li pYou have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment/p /li li pYou have the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people/p /li /ul pstrongAre you the perfect fit?/strong/p ul li pDo you share our vision of modernizing eye care for all people and making eye care easy?/p /li li pDo you have a high school diploma or equivalent required?/p /li li pAre you passionate about outstanding customer/patient care and eager to share that passion with others?/p /li li pDo you have a strong interest in learning, embracing and fostering innovation among your team?/p /li li pAre you consistently promoting high work standards while empowering others to have an entrepreneurial mentality with our company?/p /li li pDo you have schedule flexibility?
