pspan /spanUnder the direct supervision of the Practice Administrator, the Patient Experience Specialist (Receptionist) is responsible for greeting patients, entering and verifying patient demographics and insurance information, collecting co-payments and balances due, and providing excellent customer service to patients and team members.
