Saturdays off./ppstrongThe Role/strong/ppWe are seeking hard-working and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing operation. In this role, you will work in our Shipping/Receiving department, managing inbound/outbound orders, fulfill orders and any other duties assigned by your supervisor./ppWe prefer candidates who have some warehouse experience, but we are wiling to train the right person!/ppstrongEssential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To/strong/pulliPick orders in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system/liliOperate equipment such as a Forklift and/or Riding Pallet Jack/liliBuild pallets and prepare orders to go out for delivery/liliDouble check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy#xa0;/liliFollow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations/liliCommunicate any inventory, stocking, racking or equipment maintenance issues to supervisors/li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongpstrongCore Knowledge/Skills/strong/pulliEfficiency: pick rate (items picked / hours worked)/liliQuality: order accuracy % (error-free orders / total orders)/liliSpeed: ability to walk fast, lift fast, work fast to reach pick-rate targets (100-150 pieces picked per hour)/liliSafety-focused: proper lifting procedures, safely operating equipment used, proper palet stacking, attention to detail to prevent accidents, injuries and/or near-miss incidents/li/ulpstrongRequired Experience/strong/pulliAbility to work in refrigerated environment, 35 – 45 degrees/liliAbility to lift up to 50lbs frequently/liliAbility to work without direct supervision and to prioritize activities under pressure/liliAbility to multitask in fast-paced environment/liliAbility to actively engage in continuous improvement activities/li/ulul/ulstrongAdditional Information:/strongpstrongSupplemental Information/strong/ppThis employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization./ppWe do not provide H1-B sponsorships at this time./ppPlease note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
