pstrongJob Purpose or Objective(s): /strongYou will complete trouble shooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on all types of plumbing, mechanical and industrial equipment. You will report to the Facilities Operations Manager or Director./ppMonday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm/pp$25.69/ hour/ppPrimary Tasks:/pulliYou will assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes./liliInstall and repair chilled water, steam, heat, water, gas, drainage, sewage, pumps, drinking fountains and other plumbing systems./liliTrouble shoot plumbing problems and performs general maintenance and repairs for all boilers, hot water tanks, steamers, heaters and related items./liliOperate reamers, threading discs, sewer tapes, pipe cutters, snakes and other plumbing equipment and hand tools./liliInspect joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions and repairs, replaces and unstops clogs./liliStudy plans, drawings, specifications and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and installations./liliPlan, coordinate and complete work using staff, and outside contractors, new installations including alterations and modifications to existing infrastructure./liliInspect the work of outside contractors on behalf of Choctaw Nation./liliWinterize facilities and assist with other tasks as assigned./liliOther Task as assigned./li/ulpstrongJob Requirements:/strong/pulliJourneyman Plumbing License in the state of Oklahoma/liliPerform complex tasks of a more specialized nature which may frequently requiring independent analysis and decision-making tasks./liliRead and understand mechanical and equipment drawings./liliPresent information either orally or in writing to other employees, supervisors, engineering personnel, and client representatives/lili1 or more years of commercial plumbing experience working with piping up to 10"./li/ulh2nbsp;/h2h3Responsibilities/h3divYou will assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.
