In this position, you will keep the building and property in a clean and orderly condition./span/pp/ppspanPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:br /br /• Performs routine custodial duties to include sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets.br /• Cleaning restrooms and restocking supplies.br /• Maintains building free from indoor pests.br /• Empties trash receptacles disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters.br /• Maintains outer premises by cleaning entrances and outside areas.br /• Dusting and disinfecting all surfaces.br /• Washing windows.br /• Identify and perform minor repairs.br /• Painting, as needed.br /• Maintains inventory of cleaning agents and equipment.br /• Reports needs and concerns to appropriate staff.br /• Maintains work area in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.br /• Perform other duties as requested by the department lead/supervisor and or manager./span/ppbr /bRequired Qualifications/b/pp/ppspan• Ability to walk, stand, pull, climbing, bend, reach, and stoop for an extended period of time.br /• Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision.br /• Knowledge of different cleaning products and toolsbr /• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.br /• Must be able to work a flexible schedule or overtime as required, to include shift rotation.br /• Ability to work safely in and around machinery.br /• Must be able to lift frequently 20-45 lbs., occasionally 45-75 lbs.br /• Proven ability to be a team player who is comfortable working in a team-based environment.br /• Ability to work with different levels of colleagues with focus on customer service.br /• Ability to act competently in emergencies./span/pp/ppbPreferred Qualifications/b/ppspanPrevious related experience/span/ppbr /bEducation/b/ppHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required./pullibr / /li/ulp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"bspanAnticipated Weekly Hours/span/b/p40p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"bTime Type/b/pFull timep style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"bPay Range/b/pp style="text-align:left"The typical pay range for this role is:/pp style="text-align:inherit"/p$16.00 - $26.21p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  br / /pp style="text-align:left"Our people fuel our future.
