/divh3Responsibilities/h3divdiv ul liPerforms general repair and maintenance work including:/li liChecking and performing minor repairs (including replacement) on basic plumbing./li liPlaster and drywall repair or replacement./li liPainting – interior and/or exterior/li liLight electrical repair such as light fixture, outlet or switch replacement, appliance repair/li liPerforms basic carpentry tasks including, but not limited to, exterior siding, access ramps, porches, steps, flooring, sub-flooring, doors and door locks, windows, ceiling, baseboards, roofing, cabinetry and trim./li liTiling, carpet installation, and other flooring-related tasks./li liIf applicable, transports materials, equipment and tools to work sites./li liReceives work orders and completes projects tasks./li liEnsures proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles utilized per work site;
