Scribe responsibilities include: provide data entry for clinicians in the electronic medical record program during client visits and assist with obtaining electronic consent forms. Provide the full range of office clerical functions including registering and scheduling clients.brbr    The Anchorage Health Department (AHD) engages in the State of Alaska Department of Health (DOH) emergency responses and the federal Incident Command System (ICS). This includes training exercises as part of the AHD's Crisis Health Action Team (CHAT) and municipal Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
