We provide our guests high-end experiences in a winter mountain environment. In our department we deliver this through the vehicle of skiing and riding. The most important aspect of the job is to provide a fun, memorable experience that is enjoyable from start to finish.#160; The role of the Junior Instructor is to help Instructors guide our guests (mostly in the 4-12 year kids' program) along the way so that they have fun while progressing their skills and exploring their range of comfort and adventure. Walking surfaces are frequently frozen, sloped and slippery. Proper footwear is a must, indoors and out.
