Armed Site Supervisor - Mount Pleasant, SC

div class="content-intro"pnbsp;/p pnbsp;/p/divpDuties may include the following; other duties may be assigned by the Operations Manager or Branch General Manager:/p ul liResponsible for the performance of all shifts and Security Officers on duty;/li liHas a working knowledge and understanding of the Specific and General Post instructions for post(s). Has practical knowledge of all additional and emergency post instructions that are called for by the client;/li liPatrols post assigned by walking or using company provided vehicle where applicable;/li liConducts inspections of Post and Security Officers for proper compliance with the specific Post Orders, Walden Security procedures and general knowledge of post assignment;/li liInforms the Post supervisor, Roving or Field Supervisors and the Operations Manager of matters/issues that cannot wait until the next workday;/li liRecords the daily events of their post on the Officers Daily Reports (ODR) which will be reviewed by the Post Supervisor, Roving or Field Supervisors and the Operations Manager;/li liRegisters at watch stations to record time of inspection trips and contracted random inspections./li liAssists in conducting on-the-job-training for newly assigned Security Officers as necessary;/li liResponds to urgent client needs/requests for services or changes to services;/li liProperly notifies authorities (supervisors, police or fire department, client, etc.) of emergency situations and/or post order violations;/li liExamines doors, windows, and gates of assigned posts to determine that they are secure;/li liWarns violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles, and expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts;/li /ul pstrongRequirements:nbsp;/strong/p ul liHigh School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)/li liMinimum of 21 years of age/li liAbility to pass criminal background check and drug screen./li liHave at minimum 3 years of security officer experience./li /ul pReceives general direction from the Post Supervisor, Roving or Field Supervisors, or Operations Manager.
