This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. Our mission is to support our branches and help them to fulfill strategic objectives and carry out Zions Bank’s company vision./span/span/ppspan /span/ppspanstrongMinimum pay is $17 an hour./strong/span/ppspan /span/ppspanThe qualified applicant will:/span/pul type="disc"lispanBe responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record./span/lilispanIdentify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc./span/lilispanResolve client's problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources./span/lilispanIdentify and maximize cross-sell opportunities through exploring needs./span/lilispanPerform other duties as assigned./span/lilispanBe available to work at least 20 hours per week./span/li/ulpspan /span/ppspanClient Service Associate (Teller) Qualifications:/span/pul type="disc"lispanRequires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience. /span/lilispanBasic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking. /span/lilispanMust have solid balancing and customer service skills. Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs./span/lilispanExperience selling products and services based on customer needs preferred./span/li/ulpspan /span/ppspanLocations:/span/pullispanRetail Support covers a geographical area. Mileage reimbursements are provided whenever an employee travels over 25 miles round trip from their home./span/lilipspanThis position primarily supports our branches in the western Salt Lake and Tooele County area.
