Team Lead

Responsibilities of a WYB Team Leader:

• Understand all company's policies, procedure, and best practices.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve the company's goals
• Working along side store management to ensure daily tasks are completed on time.
• Delegate tasks to team members.
• Effectively communicate training directives, store policies, and assigning tasks to the team.
• Can be responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Assist is reporting store sales
• Conduct nightly inventory.

• Leadership/management experience.
• Track record of providing excellent customer service.
• History of going above and beyond what is expected.
• Ability to adapt and problem solve in a dynamic environment.
• Someone that can be trusted and has integrity.
