Maintenance Tech

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for inspecting different equipment and performing any basic repairs or preventative maintenance tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures
- Ability to use various hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Inspect equipment and systems regularly for any issues
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, or repairing doors
- Identify and report any major repairs or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
