2nd Shift Lead

Position – 2nd Shift Lead

Job Location – New Berlin, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire, Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift (3:00pm – 12:00pm)

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $23 per hour+$3 shift premium

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED, 2-year college degree in related field preferred

Required Experience – At least 3 years of experience in production/warehouse

Responsibilities

-Verify number of BOL’s and pallets of each scheduled pick up for the day

-Direct the loading of trucks on the dock for 2nd shift

-Complete parcel order waves

-Resolve any communication issues between shifts and assign material handlers to tasks

-Other daily tasks as assigned

Qualifications

-HS Diploma/GED, 2-year technical college degree preferred

-3+years of experience

-Exceptional Excel skills and understanding of ERP/WMS Systems

-Ability to solve problems, lead a team, and have efficient time management

-Excellent communications and computer skills
