Bistro Server

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

We are seeking servers for one of Lancaster's best restaurants. Join our team at Bistro 2two2 featuring sandwiches, burgers, signature entrees, pizza cooked in an open-flame pizza oven, and an expansive wine bar. We are seeking full and part-time candidates to help provide excellent service to our guests. Shifts run from 11 AM to 4 PM or 3:30 PM until close.

$12 - $14 hourly

• Provide diligent service to guests
• Deliver food from the kitchen to the guest's table
• Remove plates from the previous course if finished
• Communicate with servers on refill beverages or other guest needs
• Communicate with the expeditor regarding questions or concerns

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Great conversational skills
• Strong teamwork skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Preferred at least 1 year of restaurant bussing or food running experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
