1st Shift Area Lead - Food Mfg

As the 1st Shift Area Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of your assigned production area. you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated manufacturing associates, overseeing the manufacturing process, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production lead role, preferably in the food industry

- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control best practices

- High school diploma or equivalent

This position is based in our production facility and requires working on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday. The work environment can be fast-paced and may involve exposure to noise, temperature fluctuations, and physical demands such as standing for extended periods and occasional light lifting.
