Senior HR Generalist – Manufacturing
Location: Ripon, WI

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join a growing manufacturing team in Ripon, WI. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting a dynamic production environment. You will partner with department leaders to drive HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, maintain compliance, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and workforce scheduling in collaboration with department managers

• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation

• Update and maintain HR documentation, including employee guides, SOPs, and job descriptions

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution

• Support workforce planning and initiatives to optimize productivity and engagement

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations

• Partner with leadership to implement HR programs that drive company culture and employee satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Strong expertise in recruiting, hiring, workforce scheduling, employee relations, and payroll management

• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and documentation best practices

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
